CHQI Telemedicine Industry Accreditation recognizes UCM’s commitment to quality of care
June 12, 2019, Troy, NY – United Concierge Medicine (UCM) is proud to announce that it has earned ClearHealth Quality InstituteTM (CHQI) accreditation for telemedicine. CHQI is an independent health care accrediting body that offers the only telemedicine or telehealth accreditation program backed by the American Telemedicine Association (ATA).
By achieving this status, UCM demonstrates to patients, the medical community, regulators and other stakeholders that its telemedicine policies, programs, and processes meet the clinical, legal, technology, and administrative standards set forth by CHQI to advance safety and quality.

CHQI officially launched the Telemedicine Accreditation Program in April 2018, along with a comprehensive accreditation guide that provides background on each standard and details the documentation requirements.
