Born out of decades of working in the emergency room, our founders, Keith Algozzine, PA-C and Michael R. Bibighaus, M.D., knew that the healthcare system was broken. Despite the poor patient experience fraught with long wait times and high costs, patients continued to visit the ER as their first and primary place to get care.

With that experience and those insights in mind, UCM Digital Health (UCM) was founded in 2015 with the mission to put the patient first with a best-in-class experience.

Our vision is that all care should begin digitally and solve the patient’s problems with the least amount of friction.

Our entire experience was designed around the patient with their needs in mind – eliminating the long wait times, providing immediate access to care for any need from a multi-disciplinary team of providers, and concierge-style care coordination.
