Rensselaer County launches ER Anywhere app
As part of a public-private partnership, Rensselaer County, CDPHP and United Concierge Medicine are working together to lower health care costs while improving patient care.
The announcement made Thursday morning at the Rensselaer County office building introduced the ER Anywhere app, giving Medicaid members an innovative tool in lieu of the emergency room.
