Chris Saxman brings more than 30 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, C-suite executive and financier, with an extensive background in founding, building, raising capital for and investing in high-growth companies. Since 2013, he has focused exclusively on healthcare innovation. As General Manager of Integrated Health Solutions for UCM Digital Health, Chris develops and implements digitally integrated health experiences for individuals that UCM provides through health plans, employers and other partners.

Previously, as COO and CFO of CirrusMD, he was instrumental in developing new value-based business models around virtual care for large payers, employers and integrated delivery networks. Among other things, he helped to structure and build a national physician network for Cirrus. Prior to that, he built two tech-enabled startups in New York City, invested in telecom companies in emerging markets through AIG’s private equity arm and led one of the largest angel investment groups in the country. He is a Techstars All-star Mentor and regularly mentors early-stage companies across a range of industries. Chris received an MBA in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern and a BA in Economics and Government from Cornell University.
